good to see people posting interesting things like this. remember the red riding hood story where when the woodcutter carches the wolf he cuts his stomache open with an axe, pulls out the grandmother and little red riding hood, and then fills his stomache with stones, sews him up, and throws him into the river. make a toy like that.
I'd forgotten how twisted some of the fairy tales were...But then as kate reminded me today, they weren't sugar coated stories for childen, they were lessens to learn in life, how to deal with certain situations, morals...
